Mirco/Nano-Manufacturing

Reliable, large-scale manufacturing of micro- and nanoscale structures is essential to many of today’s key technologies, including high-performance computer chips, display and communication devices, and the development of quantum computing and advanced materials with exceptional mechanical and optical properties.

Our research will focus on developing new manufacturing approaches based on electrohydrodynamic nanoprinting and advanced lithography techniques. Specifically, our goal will be to implement new optical schemes for additive manufacturing and the reliable fabrication of hardware for quantum technologies on a large scale.
